Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation is available only if the product has not been shipped or manufactured. If your cancellation request is accepted, a full refund will be provided. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may return shipped products under our return policy.

Returns Policy

Customers can request a return within 14 days from the delivery date. Products must be returned in original, unused condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Please avoid sending items back to the manufacturer directly.

Shipping charges apply only once per order, including returns. We do not charge restocking fees.

Refund Policy

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will inform you of your refund approval status via email. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within the time frame specified by your financial institution.
